Assign multiple technicians based on ticket category

I need to assign multiple technicians based on ticket category. I created a rule with the settings
Rule
    Logical operator: AND
    Use rule for Add / Update
Criteria
    Criteria - Category is <category name>
Actions
    Action: Technician Assign <name>
    Action: Technician Assign <name>
    Action: Technician Assign <name>
But if I test the rule, only one technician is assigned to the ticket (other technicians are not assigned to the ticket).
How to assign multiple technicians to the ticket?

Assign = Replace all other with this item
Append = Add this item to the list

When I change rule to
Actions
    Action: Technician Add <name>
    Action: Technician Add <name>
    Action: Technician Add <name>
No techician is added.

I created a new test server with GLPI 10. I added several users (technicians) and created one category and one rule to assign technicians based on category.
