Transfer of Tickets to GLPI

Hello,

we want to switch our Ticketsystem to GLPI for that we want to import our Tickets to GLPI.
We would love to Transfer our old Tickets 1:1 so that we even import the replies etc.  I found out that under apirest.php/Ticket/id?expand_dropdown=true" i can find most info except the body any tips on how to import or on where i can find ticket bodys on existing tickets. If I would import a ticket will the body get linked to the ticket by having the same ticket id ?

ticket are made from diffrents elements :

ticket :  title, description, opening date, location, author...
followups
tasks
solutions
linketitems
actors : requester, observers, technicians, requester groups, observer groups, assigned groups
logs

by importing tickets you should also import these related objects unless you don't need them

If i dont implement a Priority for example does it throw an error or is there a default for all those values
