How to create tickets by email
Hi.
I know that GLPI have the functionality to create support tickets by e-mail, how it works? I have installed the GLPI over Windows and my email server is a MS Exchange.

You need to have a fully fonctionnal mail count and a server that allow this mail count to be check via imap or pop
