Custom Email notifications for entities

Hello everyone,

we would like to use GLPI for our different entities (IT Hotline, HR, Facility Management.. and so on).

As we have only the IT Hotline at the moment i have created templates for that. Now i dont want to copy and paste every template over and over for any new entity.
Is it possible to use the same template and just change the "Email text" for it?

It looks like the templates are not entity bound, im i right?
