Workflow - Servicedesk Vs GLPI

In GLPI is there something like the ServiceDesk Workflow? What I require is that when I create a case it generates some "tasks" for me to have more precise control. Example: someone is going to join the company but this person must first have the user created in the Active Directory, email account, extension account, etc. And there are several departments so to speak that manage these processes or a specific person, but do you have defined times to carry out the process and know whose ticket expired? or the process? and that as soon as that task is finished it passes to the other responsible person, that is, I create the user in DA, and that automatically when I close it it is passed to the other person so that they can create the email account and so on. I know if I understand myself or if someone has managed the servicedesk workflow

We don't have anything currently released for this but it is on our roadmap (and much more than what I see from ServiceDesk). If you would like more information, or if you would possibly be interested in financially supporting its development, you can contact the GLPI Project team.
