Creation of an answer in a ticket on GLPI by an email collector

Hi everyone!

I am using a mail collector to create a ticket from an email. However, I would like  to know if there is a configuration that when an user reply  this mail on its mailbox, It gerenates generate an answer on GLPI ticket . Is It possible? Because all the time  an user reply a mail, a new ticket is created. I don't want that it happen.  The version I use in the organization is GLPI 10.0.6.

I have the same problem. Two different installation of GLPI in lastest versions.
