menú simcards only superadmin

Hello, I have the following problem, only assets>simcards appears as a super user.
I have created a new profile and checked the active>all options, but there is no way.
simcards are only possible with superadmin.
version 10.0.11

Can simcards be seen be seen under Setup > Components?
The related permissions are under the Setup tab in the profiles.

The only other thing is that there is a global setting to control which component types are displayed under the Assets menu, but it would apply to all profiles, not just the super-admin. That setting is under Setup > General > Assets tab. I'm not aware of any other permission restriction to show simcards under the assets menu.
