gloabal search by tags (all tags) agent tag ect.

Hello, we have assigned tags to our agents and would like to find them in the global search. Field at the top right of our account.

Where can I find the settings to add the tags to the global search?

You have to add that column to your personal view before it will show in the global search. Go to Administration > Users and click the wrench icon under the search criteria. Make sure the selection at the top of the window that opens is set to "Personal" not "Global" and then find and add the tags column.
