Hi all,
I am trying to auto generate tickets when I receive a email from applications currently as a user when I send a email from user email account a ticket is created successfully when I try to auto create a ticket by receiving a email from application ticket is getting refused can some one help on this?

You need create a user with the app email. Because the mail receiver check the from email if exist in any user before the ticket creation.

But whenever from a user email when I am sending test email ticket is getting generated for that I did not create any user but from an application like zabbix whenever zabbix sends a alert ticket is not getting created its refusing

Which version of GLPI are you using?
Did you check your GLPI logs (files/_log folder) for more information?

Im uisng GLPI 10.0.11 when I checked _log folder I found mail-error.log file in which I found below error
Warning: an email was undeliverable to admsys@localhost with 4 retries remaining. Message: [GLPI #0000017] New Ticket Wazuh notification >/var/log/syslog, Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

Now I am able to get tickets from zabbix I am trying to generate tickets from a tool called wazuh I did the same configuration as zabbix for this wazuh too but tickets are not getting generated
