Automatic actions not picking up expiring domains

Good afternoon,

I have been working on setting up notifications for expiring domains. But even though I have a test domain with an expiry date which should be triggering the automatic action, it is not being triggered.

Current set-up:

Entities -> entity -> Notifications -> Domains (Alarms on domains expiries - Yes, Domains closes expiries - 1 day, Domains expired - 1 Day)
Automatic actions -> DomainsAlert (Set to run each day, under CLI)
Cron set to run every 5 minutes

And even though I have a test domain expiring tomorrow or the day after, the automatic actions logs show "0    Action completed, no processing required".

Thanks in advance

Sam

Re: Automatic actions not picking up expiring domains

Do you have notification action and templates set up?

Re: Automatic actions not picking up expiring domains

Good afternoon,

I have now received emails a day late for expired domains, whereas I need to be able to get notifications for expiring domains. Automatic actions are set, but I am not sure about the templates, though if the templates were the issue I would assume that I wouldn't even get the domains expired notifications (there is a template set in "Alert domains close expiries"). I have previously set it to send me notifications a day before expiry, and set up multiple domains with different expiry dates for testing, so I am not sure what is going on.
