GLPI in Docker

Hello,

I have a GLPI version 10.0.3 running in a Docker container, and we manage it through Portainer version 2.19.2.

Is there a way to directly update GLPI to version 10.0.11 without affecting this configuration? If you have any guides or explanatory videos, I would greatly appreciate it.

Additionally, in case I accidentally delete everything during the process, is there a way to create a backup for safety so that I can revert to a previous state?

Any help is welcome.
