Approval from a different entity

Hello,

I created a structure with three entitys on Main and two branches now i want to send a approval request to the main branch how can i select a user there ?

You cannot ask for approval from a user that wouldn't have access to the entity the ticket is in. It wouldn't make sense if a user was asked for approval for an entity in which they don't have permission to approve tickets.
If a user needs to approve tickets in another entity, they should be granted a profile with the relevant permissions on that entity. If they need access to all entities, they can be given a profile at the root entity with the recursive flag set to yes to have the profile apply for all child entities.
