Hello,
I have a problem with comments on changes. If a user replies to a ticket by email, the system processes it correctly and the comment is placed under the relevant ticket. However, when a user replies by email to a change, the comment is not created and the email itself is processed as a new ticket.

Responding to notifications regarding Changes and Problems is not supported. There shouldn't be any indication in notifications related to Changes that they can be responded to.
