Hello,
My GlPI does not open tickets via email from the Office365 Azure email even after completing the configuration, it can collect the emails but cannot open the tickets
Number of messages: available=2, already imported=0, received=0, rejected=0, errors=0, blacklist=0

When I try to send a personal email it comes back as an error message
