Hello,
I can't figure out a way to add multiple users to some elements, in my case licenses. For example, let's say I have an Office 365 license that can be used for 5 users; instead of creating five different licenses I would rather have one with 5 elements in inventory and asign it to multiple users.
How can this be achieved?
Thanks in advance.

You cannot do that without having a group for every 5 users. Are the licenses actually assigned to specific user accounts or are they "seats" for a location? For example if you have a location with 1000 users, you need X licenses to cover that location.

They are linked to the user's specific mails, so it goes by user, not necessarily by group.

That isn't currently supported, and doesn't sound like a typical business-level licensing scheme.
You can make the suggestion on the GLPI UserEcho site if you want, so it can be tracked and gauge community support.
