Add icons formcreator plugin

Hi,

I would like to add new images to the formcreator form icons, does anyone know which file I can do this in?

You cannot. The icon field in Formcreator refers to a CSS class which would display an icon in a web font pack, not an actual image. In this case, it allows you to pick one of the Font Awesome icons as this is a library that we already have available in GLPI.
