Unable to unlock fields

Hello everyone,

GLPI : 10.0.10
mariadb : 10.11.2

I am trying to unlock a field on a computer for example serial number, but the field remains locked.

as we can see, nothing is locked in locks tab

this computer is imported with fusioninventory agent

Can someone help me ?

EDITED : i've found this but i don't know where i can modify it

check if otherserial is set as global lock

this field is locked for every computer.

you can delete it, il will unlock serial for each computer.

however, if somebody locked this field, there must be an explanation. (i.e. to make sure that serial is not updated by  inventory agents)

I'm the only one with inventory management and I'm convinced I've never locked this field.
