Changing the appearance and moving the database

Hello, I have two questions:
once I have my own glpi website, how can I transfer the old database to the new hosting? I got the database from glpi network cloud. Second question: is it possible to change the css in formcreator? I would like the form to have a completely different look

you can alter css in
administrations>entities>[MyEntity]>UI customization tab>

ie I added

.form-check-input{

border-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);

}

to make radiobuttons  more visible.

changing the look can be a huge work,   it als0 could affect glpi's UI
