Rules Tickets Tasks

Hello everyone,

I'm relatively new to GLPI.

I want to map recurring tasks through a form for end users.

I have already created the forms for this - no problem so far.

However, when I try to automatically add task templates to the ticket via rules, only four tasks are attached to the ticket.

In fact, there should be 13 tasks attached. When I test the rule set, it confirms that it runs successfully.

Does anyone have an idea or the same issue?

Which version of GLPI are you using?
