satisfaction surveys v10

hello.
I'm setting up satisfaction surveys, but there's no way for it to work.
The ticket is closed and the automated actions are fine.
I am with version 10.0.9
Is it compatible with glpi v10.0.9?

Yes, it is compatible.
What steps have you tried to configure the surveys?

They are already working for me, but for them to work I have to leave createinquest disabled.
