Timezones seems not loaded glpi 9.2.4 >> glpi 9.5.4

Dear All.

I have a problem with information about Timezones seems not loaded...

I did engine upgrade from 9.2.4 to 9.5.4.

Maybe it was not in propper way...?

Egine/files were installed and msql was copied to new data base.

Install/configuration went really smooth no errors in the msql tables during this process and i can acces all data like with old engine which is still working.
Because this problem and another with email nottifications (which maybe its connected) i cannot fully use a new engine.

I have ma reasons that i dont wont to upgrade to version 10.

I search over the internet and it is problematic to find clear sollution.

Email problem always shows:

No metter which configuration im using PHP, SMTP....
Using the same working addres and config that works with 9.2.4 is also not working.
Maybe time zones is the problem.

If somebody can guide me what to check.

Hi,

Yes finally i was able to go with this by doing this step from MariaDB web page:
"If you are using Windows, then you will need to import pre-populated time zone tables. These are available at MariaDB mirrors."

The error is gone but from the package downloaded from page https://mirror.mariadb.org/zoneinfo/
I have only few zones in Africa to choose in glpi settings. Ofcourse i set up option "Use server configuration"

Looks like this is working.

Problem with email notiffications is still present.
I dig in to debug files an i found this error:
Error connecting with SSL.<EOL>Error connecting with SSL.<EOL>error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number

Looks like my ssl is too old to work with glpi 9.5.4

I will try to upgrade the whole XAMPP and hope this will solve the problem.

Hello.

After reinstalling Xampp to newer version, installing time zones into mysql data base probem with Time zones was resolved.

For nottification problem i will start new topic. looks like its mor complicated and requires seperate explanation.
