Update GLPI-Agent

I have GLPI-Agent deployed via Windows GPO (Installation software - msi package ) and it works great.

But today I realize that new version came out and it's time to update.
When we add new software via GPO we have two types of deployment new msi package:

1. Uninstall old version and install new one
2. Update "in-place" that means the installer is run again without paying attention what already was done

Because I don't updated agent yet, I want to ask you guys how that process looks like in your installations.
