Hello,
You can use the recursive tickets feature to have tickets created on a schedule. You can even have the related assets linked to these recurring tickets.
To use recurring tickets, you will need to create a ticket template with the content you want in the tickets. Ticket templates can be accessed from buttons at the top of the ticket search page, while recurring tickets are under the Assistance menu.
