In our environment, we need to categorize the problem and the change more. For this purpose, it would be useful to add an additional type attribute. Please add support for a custom list of types for change and problem.

GLPI follows ITIL, and there isn't really any need for more types beyond request: I want something, and incident: something isn't working.
For more specific categorization, there are categories. You could also use the tags plugin to tag your tickets, changes and problems. I've previously used tags like "Out to repair depot" on tickets to indicate the status of a repair ticket more than just "Processing".
If you want a field rather than a tag, there is also the additional fields plugin.
