Add an Observer after the ticket was created (using normal profile)

Hello,

As the title explains, is it possible that the ticket creator (using normal profile) to add a Watcher/Observer after the ticket is created?
Many of our users requested this option because they forget to add them when they created the ticket.

I'm using GLPI 10.0.10
