Please tell me, is there any fix for this bug in version 10.0.6?
If I click on any of these links with the mouse wheel, then in any browser, for any user profile/type, the code opens in a new tab.

Not a bug that this is happening. At the bottom of the page, there should be a warning about this (only shows the first time you do this per-login apparently).
The warning:
WARNING: full page tabs are only for debug/validation purpose !
Actions on this page may have undefined result.
This behavior has existed for at least 12 years, but I think this could be improved in the future to be limited to users who have debug mode turned on.
Currently, there is nothing to handle a middle mouse click (or any other method of opening the link in a new tab) by opening the same page and just changing the active tab.
Before GLPI 10.0, there was a "Vertical split" layout option that let you have 2 tabs open at once, but this was removed in the UI overhaul due to complexities handling it.
Feel free to make a suggestion regarding this behavior on the suggestion site.
