Importing existing Incident dump into GLPI

I have a Incident dump from other ITSM tool. Now I want to Import the same dump into GLPI. I could not find any option to do so. Can anyone please help me to Import the dump into GLPI?

There is the Data Injection plugin for importing some data from CSV files. Otherwise, the API can be used to import more complex data if you build a script to handle it.

The other option is to reach out to a GLPI Network Partner to get help importing your data and getting started with GLPI.

I downloaded GitHub from the Data Injection page. However, I am not sure what would be the next step and how I can import the data into GLPI.
