Hi,
I have created a rule for automatic assigning the technician group after the request from the requester's manager is approved.
The rule is created in update.
The criteria is as :-
1. category is set to - request for device
2. Validation is granted
Action is set as :-
1. Assign the technician group as 'Tech'
2. Change the status to processing (planned)
But this rule is not working , when i test the rule with the criteria this the rule is passed.
upon creating a ticket the business rules are working but after when a change is done in the ticket , the rule written for the action of that change is not working.
Is this a bug or any other work around is there?

Hi, I'm getting the a similar situation, a ticket collected by mail receiver does not update the category, even though the test is successful, the Bussiness rule does not update the category. But I got no error in log, so we can tag as a bug in GLPI Github I guess.

The business update rule for assets is working fine like :-
I have created the rule to assign the tech user group according to the entity. If the computer is changed from one entity to another the tech group is also changing.
The issue is with the business rule in tickets. After updating a ticket i.e. in my case if the manager is approved the request the ticket is to be handled by the tech team without change in the ticket category.
The Rule is showing passed when we test the scenario. But its not actually working. I have tried several update options but still its not working..
