Hello,
My version of GLPI is 10.0.0 and I have configured one receiver that uses TLS. It works good, but I started receiving automatic messages from my email supplier where they said me the next:
"We’ve determined that you are connecting to your email using an unencrypted client connection and your data is not safe."
The only way I use to connect this mailbox is GLPI, it is not configured in any other client, so I assume this warning is triggering due to GLPI connection.
I worry about this message because in the same text they advice me they will make the switch to require encrypted connections on February 1st, 2024. They also say that older versions TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are no longer being used.
So my question is: what version of TLS is using GLPI 10.0.0? maybe 1.1? is it possible to switch to TLS 1.2?
Thanks in advance.

TLS 1.2 and 1.1 should both work. In fact, the library GLPI uses for connecting to mailboxes should try 1.2, 1.1, and 1.0 to find a version which works automatically.

If 1.2 is the first choice I don't know why my supplier is sending me these warnings. Is there any log where I can check what version is being used?

Not on the GLPI side.
