I have an issue with attachments and images added to a ticket.
If I have a technician or a user who adds some pics to a ticket, and later on, a user replies to an email, that last response combines all the previous images in that reply. This creates complete chaos. Furthermore, I have in the notifications the following:
##FOREACHdocuments##
##document.filename##
##ENDFOREACHdocuments##
As a result, with each reply, the previous content is duplicated, creating very long lists of attachments.
How do you manage attachments? For us, it's a disaster.
I had to set it up this way, without sending the attachment, or it would fill up the notification inboxes with many repeated attachments.
