I have created Self Service user in GLPI and have created 2 different entities (Lets assume A and B).
Is it possible for the user to decide to which entity or group he is going to raise the ticket.
For Eg- user has an issue with WIFI, which group A deals with, so the ticket must be raised to the supervisor who is managing group A, and supervisor B must not get any notification about the ticket.
