Access to GLPI without using the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)

Hello!!

I would like to know how to access my GLPI through an application, without having to open a browser (chrome, firefox, edge, etc.). Is there any way for me to install an agent on the user's machine that allows them to open tickets just using this agent, without having to use the browser and enter the server address?

No, not possible. Maybe install a "kiosk" browser or something like that but there is no application.
You can self develop one with the use of the API.
