Not able to configure mail in GLPI 10.0.9 version

Hiii Everyone,

I had installed GLPI 10.0.9 version in Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS with configuration 4 vCPU RAM 4GB HDD 50GB
i am not able to send a mail and not received the mail through GLPI .
Please do the needful.
also my plugin section is totally blank how to add plugins , i am using the free version of GLPI
