Hello,
I'm setting up GLPI for the first time. I've installed the OAUTH plugin and emails are successfully being read by GLPI but they are all being filtered to rejected folder.
NB: It seems emails from the same domain as the Azure AD user for GLPI are accepted, but we need emails from any domain to generate a ticket.
I believe I've followed all the steps correctly and have enabled anonymous emails, but clearly I must've missed something somewhere.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or is there a complete step by step guide somewhere for setting up GLPI as an email integrated external ticketing system (where customers are not AD/domain connected) ?
