Strange popup error message

Hello everyone,
Whenever I log into GLPI or edit a ticket, I get a popup error message like the one below. It also happens when I go to look at an old or new ticket. Apparently, it doesn't have an effect on the ticket process and it's only happening for admin users and not my self-service users. Does anyone know why this is happening? I'm using GPLI 10.0.2.

Not with the provided information. I manage multiple GLPI instances with various levels of complexity. as of yet I have not seen this in any of the multiple GLPI instances that where updated recently to the latest version.

Reading your message I would guess it to be profile related. Maybe you could try create a new profile with simular permissions and see if you can recreate the issue in both the existing GLPI and a clean (locally) installed version. Hopefully it will provide key insights to narrow your issue down to either configuration, plugins, or bugs that can be replayed.

It might also help to provide additional information and possibly some screenshots to visualize your issue.

Re: Strange popup error message

We upgraded from 9.5.6 to 10.0.2 last week and we are seeing this identical problem on the technician, admin, and superadmin profiles. It seems to apply to tickets that were created both before and after the upgrade.

logs produce this:
[2022-07-31 15:08:45] glpiphplog.CRITICAL: *** Uncaught Exception Exception: DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (07-30-2022 13:36) at position 0 (0): Unexpected character in /var/www/html/glpi/src/Html.php at line 195

The problem appears to be related to the date format setting in the user personalization settings. If we change it to something that is not MM-DD-YYYY, the errors go away.

Re: Strange popup error message

Good morning!

I am having this problem now too. Did this ever get resolved?
For me it was not coincident with an upgrade. The only thing I can think of that seemed to kick it off was when I was experimenting with an SMS-Email gateway to make it where I can send text messages to a fixed number to create tickets on the fly, and it created a "requester" that was formatted like +18135551234@sms.emailgateway.com

I figured the + made it unhappy and removed the user from the ticket and cleared all the queued notifications for the user, but it is still showing up every time I back out of a ticket. It looks like:

04-14-2023 10:29 Invalid
04-14-2023 10:29 Invalid
04-14-2023 10:29 Invalid

Just to clarify, I did not meddle with the GLPI source code or install any SMS plugins, it was just an email address that was creating emails from SMS messages hosted on another platform.

Re: Strange popup error message

Hello Currently I'm having this issue, did anyone solve this? I didn't update the system or change any source code. I use 10.0.6

As long as you don't stop, it doesn't matter how slow you go

Re: Strange popup error message

I also have this problem, is there already a solution? I have the version 10.0.10.

Re: Strange popup error message

I have found the problem. By default, the date format is set to yyyy-mm-dd, but I changed the personal settings to dd-mm-yyyy, which then led to this problem.

Re: Strange popup error message

I cannot recreate the issue, even after changing the date format to dd-mm-yyyy.
