Upgrading from 0.68.3 to 0.70.20

I have GLPI version 0.68.3 running on a SME Server 7.3. I was wondering how I can upgrade to 0.70.20 without losing any data? And the process of doing the upgrade? I have already downloaded the .tar file to my server. I just need to know the process of how to do this. I am new to linux, so detailed instructions would be a huge help. Please help. Thanks.

Re: Upgrading from 0.68.3 to 0.70.20

I did read the documentation on how to install it. I can't find any documentation on how to UPGRADE it. Any thoughts on that? I have been inputing data for 2 days, I sure don't want to lose any of that. I would also like to know how to back up my data. Thanks.

Sorry, I did find that documentation. I just over looked it I guess. I am updated and now running on version 0.70.20 now. Thanks again.
