Operation of the "ItilCategory Groups" plugin

Good morning. please tell me if this plugin works!?
I read the entire Internet, tried ALL possible settings. I am NOT able to hide a certain category of tickets in any way in a simplified/standard interface for a certain group of users...
My settings:
For all groups I set "Level1"
For a specific group set "Level2"
These are the plugin settings I use..... please tell me what am I doing wrong?

My goal is to hide one category of tickets for everyone in a simplified interface and make it available only to one specific group or profile.
