Broken glpi after transferred servers

Hello
When we transferred the servers, our LDAP and GLPI broke. We fixed LDAP, but it doesn’t work in GLPI. In mysql, all passwords are empty, we tried to explicitly specify a password for the root user (since we do not have a glpi user) but the following error is written: Incorrect username or password

Hello,

Had the same issue, after moving servers from Windows to Linux. I couldn't connect to LDAP anonymous nor with bind user/password.

First, I used JXplorer to check if it connect or not, for some reason it could connect to LDAP anonymously but not with user/password, so
imho something wrong on glpi side with anonymous, wrote here but noone answered.

So I tried to fix non-anonymous and I find out that I had write wrong RootDN (it didnt work with login like login@mydomain.com, just had to write full path like: UID=login,CN=users,DC=mydomain,DC=COM)

After this change my LDAP begin to work.
