Can't generate followup text
Hello! I use this tag ##followup.author.comments## but it does nothing in notifications.
Here is an example
TICKET №0000365. . test. New comment. . . . ##followup.author.comments##
What could be the reason?

Which version of GLPI are you using?
GLPI Collaborator and Plugin Developer.
My non-English comments are automated translations. Sorry for any confusion that causes.
