Hi,
we installed GLPI in an test enviroment.
In this environment we also installed the glpi agent and connected it with our server.
The inital connection and the inventory of the client works very good, but when we move the agent (and the client/computer) to a child-entity, after the next inventory scan of the agent, the agent and the computer will be moved back to the root entity.
We changed the "locked" parameter inside the agent, and we searched the rules which maybe changes the entity, but we didnt found anything.
We think that this behavior has something to do with the "Default-Entity" Setting inside the Inventory Settings, because you cant set this parameter to "none", ans so it will always set the Entitiy Parameter regardess if the agent is an existing or a new agent.
The behavior of the system should be, that if an agent is existing in the system, it wont change its entity. It only should update some information about the agent(time of last communication etc.) if it is necessary.
Environment:
Debian 12 + Apache 2 + PHP 8.2
GLPI-Server 10.0.10
GLPI-Agent 1.5 64Bit on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Standard (Server Parameter: http://ipofserver/marketplace/glpiinventory)
