Hi,
I ask after this function some time ago, but I'm at a new empolyer and the question come up again:
I like to've the possibility to define an Ticket template with predefinded task.
Something like that is working in Projects.
We need it for Tickets like 'new employee', or recurrent Tickets like controll this and that.
It should be fine to have souch an funcionality?

Exists. Create a ticket rule that matches with a category or keyword and at the actions add task template(s).

setup>dropdowns>(Assistance) Task template > create task ( ie "new employee task")
Assistance>tickets>template>[mytemplate]>predefined fields> add "<new employee task>"
associate [mytemplate] with category "new employee"
