Hello everyone. It turns out that we have received a ticket and the email contains a CSS code:

We believe that the CSS code is sent by the email client used by the person opening the ticket.

This code is interpreted by the page and therefore changes the styles of the program wherever the ticket appears.

Is there an option to disable external css rendering?

The initial release of v10? There have been almost 2000 patches since 10.0.0 was released. I seem to remember multiple fixes regarding the content of tickets made from collected emails. I suggest updating to the latest bug-fix version to see if the issue was already fixed and, at the very least, to apply the fixes for known security issues.
