Hi everyone,
I am on GLPI 10.0.9, in the view of a ticket I encounter a problem with the "conversation" mode.
All messages are placed on the left.
In this example there are 2 separate users, a user and a technician.
The ticket was opened by the user via self-service and the technician responded.
Do you have a solution?
