Hello guys,
Hope you're doing well.
I have a silly question,
Is it possible to configure a recurrent ticket to open on a fixed date?
For example, I need a ticket to open every month on day 10.
09/10
08/10
And there it goes.
Can I do this on GLPi?
Or is it possible only to use periodicity and have the ticket opening a day before or a day later without fixing the date?

If your start date is set for the 10th and periodicity set for 1 month, it should create the ticket every 10th of the month.

Hey cconard, thanks a lot for the reply!
Today I'm doing like you said, it works fine when the month is a 31 days month.
When it swithces from a month with 31 days for one with 30, the ticket opens a day later.
Like this:
(my glpi is in pt-br, so date will be in format dd-mm-yyyy)
July and August were 31 days months.
Now we have September as a 30 days month, so, next scheduled ticket will open in the date specified below:
02/10/2023
My recurrent ticket is configured like this:
As I said, my glpi is in pt-br, so "1 Mês" means 1 month in the periodicity field.
Am I doing something wrong?
(I uploaded some images, but don't know if I'm doing it right, but, if you want me to explain it better I'll do it).

Hey cconard,
I'd like to thank you for your help.
I figured out what was my error, my calendar had no saturdary nor sunday in the active days, so it ignored these days and opened on the next day.
So, I adjusted the calendar and now it works fine.
Thank's a lot for your help.

I've an similar question in that theme:
I like to have an recurrent Ticket on an specefy Day in the Week/Month, so like the second Thursday in the month,...
Think for now it isn't possible?
Bye

No, that isn't directly possible. Maybe with a calendar that only includes Tuesdays, a periodicity of 1 month, and a start date of the second Tuesday of the month, but it probably won't be an exact solution.
