Glpi does not find attached files after migrating to version 10

Hello,
I migrated from version 9.4 to version 10. Both versions are on different servers and everything seemed to be working fine. I also migrated the "files" folder but I try to access an attached file and it says "file not found". I have verified that the table "glpi_documents" was migrated fine. The only difference I see is that the path of the old server is /var/www/html/glpi and the new one is /var/www/glpi. So I think the problem is in the route, but I can't find where I can change it.

Hi,

If your URL prefix has changed (from "/glpi" to "/"), your issue may be fixed by https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/pull/15349

Thanks, I've already solved it. It wasn't exactly that but he gave me a clue as to where the problem was. On the old server I hadn't created the navigable structure security paths, so I just had to copy glpi/files to var/lib/glpi and it worked.
