Hello,
I'm totally new on GLPI and I have a doubt.
I want to use GLPI to track operators time solving ticket.
If I'm not in error the right way is create one or more task per ticket, then the operator can close the tasks recording the working time.
But where I can see a list of all closed(and still open) tasks? So I can filter and export task/times to create reports about time usage?

If you know which tasks need performed ahead of time, you can create the task as "TODO" and even plan it for a specific date and time if you want. Or, you could just add the task after it is completed.
In GLPI 10, at the bottom of the ticket timeline is a button to switch to a TODO list view. This shows all tasks with the completed tasks being crossed out.

But the todo list is per ticket right?
Is there not a global task list (that show task of all tickets)?
