version clarification

Hi,
I still have GLPI 9.5.5 in production.
I saw that the new version 10 is out and that they recommend migrating because support has ended.
Is there no free version anymore? Has it become paid?
We currently use the on-premise version installed on our server and we don't want to pay.

The official website for the project glpi-project.org still has a download menu link that directs you to the latest direct download, and the project is still open source on GitHub.
