Upgrade GLPI DB

I'm trying to upgrade the GLPI DB from 9.3.4 to 10.0.9 and  it doesn't works, it seem it is ok but i can't login (neither ActiveDirectory or local access) , previously i tried to upgrade to a 10.0.2 and it was all ok.
Someone have any tips to suggest me? if i made all upgrade step from 10.0.2 to 10.0.9 can help me?

What error do you get when you try to log in?
Did you try clearing your browser cache (or trying a different browser)?
Did you check the GLPI logs in file files/_log folder?
