GLPI MYSQL Error ("A link to the SQL server could not be established")

Hi,
I am using GLPI 10.0.9 version and installed the same on AWS EC2 server with DB (AWS RDS MYSQL).

Whenever I restart my AWS EC2 instance, I received error - "A link to the SQL server could not be established. Please check your configuration".

Also, when I delete "config_db.php" file, the error is gone but it asks for the entire setup again from the start.

Please help me how to configure it, so that on restarting the server the error shouldn't come.
