The action you have requested is not allowed - Add a registry file

Please kindly help...

Already add Document Type, REG with extension reg, but when i want to add the registry setting files to the assistant ticket,
it always show "The action you have requested is not allowed".

Any recommendation, please?

If the option for "authorized upload" was set to yes when the document type was added and it still gives this message, please check the file permissions of the "files" directory and subfolders. At the very least, there should be an entry added to the "access-errors.log" file at the time you receive the not allowed message that should contain more information.
